Back to reality...

Christmas is officially over, and we are finally back home again—filled with beautiful images, conversations, memories, and the quiet calm that always follows the holidays.

We spent the holidays visiting our hometowns and traveling through northern Greece, and I thought I would share a small part of that experience here.

One of the most memorable stops during our trip was a beautiful organic farm in a small village near Serres.

The farm was full of ducks, chickens, fruit trees, vegetables, and all kinds of life carefully grown and cared for by the hands of a truly courageous and inspiring woman.

Places like this always remind me how deeply connected creativity, handmade work, and nature really are.

There is something incredibly grounding about seeing food, animals, and everyday life nurtured with patience and care.

Lake Kerkini

Our next stop was the peaceful and welcoming Lake Kerkini, one of the most beautiful natural landscapes in northern Greece.

We spent the day walking around the lake, watching birds, enjoying the winter atmosphere, and of course trying to get close to the famous water buffalos that live in the area.

The entire landscape felt calm and almost cinematic during winter—misty water, quiet skies, birds everywhere, and buffalos slowly moving through the wetlands.

It was the perfect way to end the holidays before returning home and slowly getting back into everyday life and creativity again. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season too.
