Wednesday WIP
I started this mini quilt over the weekend, and surprisingly enough, I think I may actually finish it very soon! Small quilting projects are always so satisfying because they come together quickly and allow so much room for experimentation.
Lately, the Farmer’s Wife Quilt Along Group has been an incredible source of inspiration for me.
Seeing everyone’s blocks, fabric choices, and interpretations of the patterns constantly makes me want to start new projects.
This mini quilt actually began with the “Autumn Tints” block, which is block no. 2 from the Farmer’s Wife Sampler Quilt book.
What started as a single quilt block slowly evolved into a complete mini quilt idea.
I love when projects grow organically like this—starting from one small block and gradually turning into something larger and more creative.
The fabrics and colors feel very warm and autumn-inspired, and I’m already excited to see how the finished quilting will look once everything comes together.
To be continued…
