A Finished UFO: My Butterfly Quilt

 

This entire year has been dedicated to finally finishing all my unfinished projects, and although the process has been painfully slow at times, it’s also been incredibly satisfying.

And finally… the Butterfly Quilt is done!

I used the beautiful Dream On fabric line by Urban Chicks for Moda Fabrics, combined with some gorgeous Kona Cotton precuts. I absolutely love how cheerful and colorful this quilt turned out.

Seeing another UFO finally completed feels so rewarding. One step closer to a clean sewing room… maybe.

Now on this week's statistics

Dresden quilt: hand quilting for almost a year now… still in progress.
Checkers quilt: quilting.
Swoon quilt : all blocks are pieced, now I need to assemble the sashing… and it is enormous!
Snoopy quilt: I’ll talk about this one later this week.
