Checkers quilt: checked!

Yet another UFO finished… and it looks fantastic!

Luckily for me, there are only two more UFOs left. One by one they are finally getting finished, and honestly it feels amazing. I really do not have the energy to start a completely new quilt right now (except for customer orders, of course).

You can read more about this quilt in previous posts here . And yes… this was a very old UFO.

I also managed to sew a new pillow cover for our brand new sofa.

For the front I used the adorable “deers with glasses” fabric from Echino, and for the back an amazing print by the incredibly talented fabric designer Julie Paschkis.
