Coming to an end

Finally I can see the finish line of this glorious quilt. I thought I should write one last post about this work in progress before actually finishing it.

I started this quilt back in January 2012, and now that December 2014 is here, I can finally see the end!

I have quilted the main background, and now all that is left are the flower centers. So there are about twenty circles left to quilt… and somehow that still feels like forever!
