Cozy comforts: embracing simplicity with two charming baby quilts pt. 2
Quilt 2: The circus patchwork
My second baby quilt, captures the magic of childhood dreams and the joy of boundless imagination. This quilt features a medley of vibrant fabric squares, creating a delightful kaleidoscope of colors and patterns.
As always the process begins with selecting bold and cheerful fabrics, from a gorgeous collection of Lecien fabrics. The assembly of the squares is a delightful dance of creativity, as I explore different arrangements to bring out the quilt's whimsical charm. With every stitch, the quilt becomes a canvas of joy, mirroring the vibrant energy of a child's laughter.
As the quilt comes to life, it becomes a playground of imagination, inspiring little minds to dream big and explore the world with wonder. This quilt is not just a cozy companion; it is an invitation to embark on fantastical adventures, where teddy bears talk, and stars twinkle with delight.
Quilting
Quilting was made in a grid format, but I also used more lines, diagonals, to make it more interesting. And it was a complete success! I loved the result as musch as I loved the process.
